BROKEN - AS IS - FOR PARTS - Unit has clearly been used extensively. We did not power test the unit. However, it is almost certainly BROKEN . Additionally, it appears that the blower wheel is TORN from the shaft. At a minimum this unit needs to be serviced and the wheel replaced, if not fully overhauled.
