When I bought this motor the governor and pulleys etc. were in a separate bag, I put them on just to photograph it. I think all of the parts are here. I did connect 110 volts to it and set it to the "AC" setting but it didn't do anything at all. So I 'm selling it "as is". The small idler pulley is hard to turn but the rest of it seems to turn smoothly. This comes with an extra pulley.
